Arch One Supports Homeland Security Firm                                       6/6/2005

Washington, DC, June 6th, 2005 - Arch One Holdings, LLC, a diversified holdings company focusing on financing and business development joint ventures, today formalized its working partnership with a homeland security firm, BioDefense Corporation, headquartered in Boston.  In addition to providing informal support with BioDefense’s corporate development and financing strategy, Arch One will serve as a global business development agent for BioDefense’s flagship product, the MailDefender® system.  In response to the 2001 Anthrax attacks to the U.S. mail system, the MailDefender® was developed to provide organizations with increased control over a potentially uncontrollable situation - the risk of bio-contamination through the mail.  The MailDefender® system sanitizes up to 3 pounds of mail in less than 55 minutes.

The MailDefender® system effectively decontaminates the following bio-hazards without causing any harmful side effects to the operator or recipient of the mail:

- Anthrax
- Smallpox
- Plague
- E-coli
- Influenza
- HIV
- Botulism
- Bird Flu
- Ricin

“This is a vital technology that will save lives in the U.S. and overseas.  Arch One is honored to be a long term strategic partner to BioDefense in the coming years,” said Arch One Holdings Founder and CEO, Alexander Daly.

Target markets in which Arch One will be supporting BioDefense for sales of the MailDefender® system include the United States, Japan and Eastern Europe.  Arch One is also a founding equity partner of BioDefense.
